Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a hot skillet, place the potatoes cut into large cubes (1.5–2 cm) and fry for 3–4 minutes until a light crust forms.

Step 2

Then add the sautéed or stewed lamb meat, cut into large cubes (1.5–2 cm), and fry for 2–3 minutes.

Step 3

Next, add the tomatoes cut into wedges, the bell pepper cut into squares, the onion cut into wedges, the green beans, and the pre-cooked carrot cut into rounds or half-moons.

Step 4

Sauté everything until half-cooked.

Step 5

Add water and bring to a boil.

Step 6

Season to taste.
