Ingredients

  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Lamb 15 oz
  • Coarsely Ground Rye Flour 0 oz
  • Black Cumin (Cumin) 0 oz
  • Ground coriander to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Ground Cinnamon to taste
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the lamb into thin pieces, mix with finely chopped garlic, flour, vegetable oil, cumin, coriander, and cinnamon. Add spices and the beaten egg. Mix well and spread in a thin layer on baking paper.

Step 2

Place under the grill for 4 minutes. Then flip the meat and put it back. Keep until golden brown.

Step 3

Cut the finished layer again and serve on pita, buns with onion rings, chopped mint, yogurt, and lemon juice.
