Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 10 pieces
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Onion to taste
- Safflower Oil to taste

Rinse the onion skins.

Cover with water and boil for 1 hour. Allow the broth to cool and steep. You can leave it overnight.

Strain the broth.
Step 4
Wash the eggs with soap.
Step 5
Add salt to the broth.

Wrap the eggs tightly with lace.
Step 7
Tie the end securely with thread.
Step 8
Place the eggs in the pot with the broth and boil for 10 minutes after it starts boiling.

Remove the lace.
Step 10
Let the eggs dry on their own (do not wipe). Brush with oil.
