Description

Ingredients
- Tomatoes 5 lbs
- Orange Bell Peppers 4 pieces
- Garlic 2 heads
- Herbs to taste
- Vinegar essence 5 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Salt 2 tablespoons
- Mild Chili Spice 12 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grind the bell peppers, garlic, and 2 chili peppers using a meat grinder.
Step 2
Chop the herbs.
Step 3
Layer in a 3-liter jar: tomatoes, then the vegetable mixture, followed by the herbs.
Step 4
Seal the jar with a lid and place it upside down in the refrigerator. This way, it will be ready to eat from the top in 8 hours.
