Ingredients
- Crab sticks in brine 20 pieces
- Milk 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 4 spoons
- Breadcrumbs 1 glass
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Hard Cheese 2 spoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the egg with the milk, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Dip the crab sticks in the egg and milk mixture, then coat them in breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Finely chop the garlic and lightly sauté it in oil. Then, in the same oil, fry the breaded sticks.
Step 4
Serve the sticks hot, sprinkled with cheese mixed with herbs. Garnish with orange slices.
