Ingredients
- Semolina 5 tablespoons
- Water 7 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Butter 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Milk 1 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook 1 cup of thick semolina porridge according to the package instructions. Alternatively, if there are no instructions, dissolve the semolina in 7 tablespoons of water. Bring the milk to a boil, add the semolina. Stirring constantly, cook the porridge on low heat for 4 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the porridge from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 4
Break the eggs into the porridge, add salt, and mix everything well — the mixture should be aerated.
Step 5
Grease a baking dish or skillet with vegetable and butter, pour the egg mixture into it, and place it in the oven for about 15 minutes.
Step 6
When the omelet is golden brown, take the baking sheet out of the oven, brush the surface with a small amount of cold milk, and return it to the oven for another 5 minutes.
