  • Shirataki Rice 5 oz
  • 10% cream 5 fl oz
  • Garlic 0 oz
  • Tomatoes 5 oz
  • Dorbly Cheese 0 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Mixed Ground Peppers to taste
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • Nutmeg a pinch

Cut the mushrooms into small cubes.
