Ingredients
- Passata Tomato Sauce 5 oz
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil 1½ teaspoons
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Fresh basil leaves 1 sprig
- Chili jam 1½ tablespoons
- Erythritol 2 teaspoons
- Italian herb blend 1 teaspoon
- Sumac 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
- Malt Vinegar 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour the tomato sauce into the heated olive oil in the skillet.
Step 3
Add ground black pepper. Reduce the heat to medium.
Step 4
Press the garlic using a garlic press. Stir.
Step 5
Add erythritol and mix well.
Step 6
Then add finely chopped basil and dried herbs.
Step 7
Season with sumac, then stir.
Step 8
Add chili sauce and salt to taste.
Step 9
Pour in the wine vinegar and mix.
Step 10
The total cooking time is about 10 minutes. Then transfer to a suitable storage container.
