Ingredients
- Semi-soft cream cheese 3 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Erythritol 1½ tablespoons
- Salt a pinch
- Olive Oil to taste
- Butter to taste

Step 1
Place the cream cheese in a deep bowl.

Add the eggs.
Step 3
Add salt.
Step 4
Add erythritol.
Step 5
Whisk until smooth.

Grease a skillet with olive oil and heat it over high heat.

Pour in part of the mixture.

Once the bottom is browned, flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes, reducing the heat to medium.
Step 9
Repeat until the mixture is finished. Stack the finished pancakes on a plate and spread with butter.

Serve immediately.
