  • Sugar to taste
  • Wheat Flour 20 oz
  • Water 1 cup
  • Salt 1 teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Finely chop the pumpkin (or carrot) and sauté it in butter for a while, let it cool, and add sugar if desired.

Step 2

In the salted flour, pour in the water and knead the dough, then roll it out into a large thin sheet.

Step 3

Place the filling on the dough and roll the entire sheet into a roll, pinching the edges.

Step 4

Cook it in the same way as manti. Grease the steamer racks with oil, place the roll on them, and steam for 25–30 minutes.
