  • Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Rum 0 fl oz
  • Chopped almonds 0 oz

  • Raisins 0 oz
  • Cinnamon 0 oz
  • Citrus Zest Mix 0 oz
  • Salt a pinch
  • Pear Jam 0 oz
  • Powdered Sugar 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the raisins and soak them in rum.

Step 2

Separate the eggs into yolks and whites. Whip the egg whites, and mix the yolks with the flour. Combine and add milk, raisins, and salt. Whip everything until peaks form. Gently fold into the batter. Add almonds, cinnamon, and sugar.

Step 3

Melt the butter in a skillet. Pour in half of the batter. Fry on both sides until golden brown.

Step 4

Tear the finished pancakes into pieces, pile them up, drizzle with jam, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
