Description
This sauce (or as it was referred to in Russia, 'Kabul Soy') is believed to have been added by chef John Smith to the original recipe of his famous appetizer. A <a href=http://eda.ru/recipe/12643/>second version</a> of this sauce, any hot sauce, or the addition of a cayenne pepper can also be used.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Chicken Broth 0 oz
- Horseradish Leaves 0 oz
- 10% cream 0 oz
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Sauté the flour in butter, then dilute with broth.

Add grated horseradish, cream, and salt to taste.
