Description
By using a tomato in this recipe, we will achieve a brighter flavor in the julienne, as the sweetness of the cream will be slightly offset by the acidity.
Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles 4 pieces
- Chicken fillet 2 pieces
- Potato 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the chicken fillet.
Step 2
Cut into strips, season with salt and sprinkle with chicken spices.

Next, fry in butter on both sides.
Step 4
Take the cooked fillet, mushrooms, cheese, and cream.
Step 5
Finely chop the mushrooms.
Step 6
Sauté in a pan with spices in any oil.
Step 7
The mushrooms are ready, set them aside.

Also chop the onion and sauté in the pan.

Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and slice the tomato into rings.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater.

Next, layer the mushrooms, onion, and chicken in pots.

Place a ring of tomato on top.

Then sprinkle with cheese and pour over the cream.
Step 14
Place in the oven for 35 minutes at a temperature of 355°F.

After cooking, garnish with a sprig of herbs on top.
