Julienne with Mackerel and Seafood
Ingredients
- Shrimp 10 oz
- Cheese 5 oz
- Cream 0 fl oz
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- Mackerel 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the fish fillet into small pieces.
Step 2
Boil the shrimp and place them peeled at the bottom of the ramekin.
Step 3
Cover the shrimp with a layer of cream (or sour cream), and then place the chopped mackerel on top. Now pour more cream over it, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Sprinkle cheese on top and place in the oven for fifteen minutes. During this time, the julienne will develop a beautiful golden crust. Garnish with parsley when serving.
