Ingredients
- Broccoli 15 oz
- Cauliflower 5 oz
- Green Peas 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Ham 5 oz
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a hot skillet, mix the butter and flour. Sauté, then add the cream and bring to a consistency of thick sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Divide the broccoli and cauliflower into florets, boil in salted water, and chop.
Step 3
Boil the green peas.
Step 4
Chop the onion, mix it with the chopped vegetables and peas. Add the ham cut into small cubes, mix thoroughly, season with salt and pepper, and dress with the creamy mixture.
Step 5
Spoon the resulting mixture into julienne molds, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake at 355°F for 15-20 minutes.
