Julienne with Ham and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- Ham 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Sour Cream 15 oz
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the onion lightly in vegetable oil. Slice the champignon mushrooms and add them to the onion. When the mushrooms are cooked, add the sliced ham. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Add sour cream to the mushrooms and simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Transfer the prepared mixture to greased molds, sprinkle with grated cheese and green onions.
Step 3
Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes at 355°F.
