Ingredients

  • Dried Chinese mushrooms 0 oz
  • "Petelinka Thigh Fillet" 10 oz
  • Onion 5 oz
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Champignons 10 oz
  • Milk 15 fl oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Hard Cheese 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Grind the dried mushrooms in a mortar and pestle or a coffee grinder.

Sauté the chicken fillets in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.

Transfer to a baking sheet and cook in an oven preheated to 355°F for 8 minutes.

Cut the cooked fillet into strips.

Slice the onion into thin strips. Mince the garlic.
