Julienne
Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Enoki mushrooms 0 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Olive Oil 1½ tablespoons
- 10% cream 0 fl oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 1 tablespoon
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 3 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the champignon mushrooms and add them to the heated oil in a pan.
Step 2
Chop the enoki mushrooms as well.
Step 3
After 2–3 minutes, add them to the pan.
Step 4
Season with salt, stir, and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 5
Add ground black pepper.
Step 6
After a couple of minutes, pour in the cream.
Step 7
Stir and add the cream cheese.
Step 8
Mix and add the finely chopped garlic.
Step 9
Dress with mayonnaise, stir, and remove from heat.
Step 10
Transfer the mixture to ramekins.
Step 11
Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Place in a preheated oven at 355°F.
Step 12
After 15 minutes, the dish is ready! Cool for 3–5 minutes and serve.
