- Salad mix "Eats" 5 oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Lemon ½ pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the Jerusalem artichoke and slice it into thin shavings.
Step 2
Whisk together the mustard, cream, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Combine the sunchoke shavings with the sauce.
Step 3
In a deep bowl, squeeze the lemon juice and soak the salad leaves in it. On a plate, first arrange the Jerusalem artichoke, then top it with the salad soaked in lemon juice.
