Ingredients
- Water 2 cups
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Lemon ½ piece
- Canned Mushroom Soup to taste
- Chicken bones 2 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sprinkle gelatin into water and warm it slightly (no more than 140°F, do not boil) while stirring continuously. Then pour the dissolved gelatin into the warm broth. Mix well and let it cool slightly. Pour the broth into a mold to a height of 1 cm, place it in a cool place, and let it set.
Step 2
On the set jelly, place the green peas, decorations made from carrot, lemon, and parsley leaves, arrange pieces of chicken, and pour the remaining broth over it.
Step 3
Place in the refrigerator overnight.
