Description
This spice blend is used for making soups, noodles, tempura, and many other Japanese dishes. In the West, this blend is mixed with a small amount of salt and rubbed onto fish and seafood before frying.

- Chili Flakes 5 teaspoons
- Sichuan pepper 3 teaspoons
- Black sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
- Toasted Sesame 1 teaspoon
- Citrus Zest Mix 2 teaspoons
- Poppy seed paste ½ teaspoon
- Yellow Mustard Seeds ½ teaspoon
