Jack Daniel's Sauce from a popular American restaurant recipe

Ingredients

  • Garlic 1 head
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Peach Juice 1 glass
  • Water 0,7 glasses
  • Yakiniku sauce ¼ glasses
  • Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Brown Sugar 10 oz
  • Onion 0 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 3 spoons
  • Jack Daniel's Sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Pineapple 0 oz
  • Cayenne Pepper ¼ spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut off the top and bottom of the garlic bulb. Remove the outer skin, ensuring the garlic remains intact. Drizzle with oil, cover with foil, and roast in the oven for 1 hour at 320°F. Remove from the oven and let it cool.

Step 2

In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine water, pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring, then reduce the heat to low.

Step 3

Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Step 4

Squeeze out 2 tablespoons of roasted garlic and add it to the sauce.

Step 5

Simmer on low heat for 35–45 minutes, or until the sauce has reduced by half — it should be thick and syrupy.
