Ingredients
- Spanish onions 5 oz
- Bouillon cube 0 oz
- Dijon Mustard 0 oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Balsamic Vinegar 5 fl oz
- Worcestershire Sauce 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 20 fl oz
- Salt 0 oz
- White Pepper (whole) 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the white onion into small cubes and blanch in water, then strain and let it cool.
Step 2
Mix all the other ingredients with the white onion and blend, except for the oil.
Step 3
Gradually add the pre-cooled vegetable oil in a thin stream while continuously whisking the mixture.
Step 4
The result should be a creamy, thick consistency.

The sauce is ready.
