Ingredients
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Herbs 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Sugar ½ teaspoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take three tomatoes (I have a total of 400 g), spices, herbs — dill, parsley, and seasonings! It's best to choose everything to your taste. You can add balsamic vinegar and Provençal herbs. Everything is to your liking.
Step 2
Finely chop the herbs and garlic. In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients for the dressing. Combine the herbs with the other ingredients.
Step 3
Slice the tomatoes into rings. Layer them, spreading marinade on each piece. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid, depending on the container. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the appetizer is ready. If you let it sit longer, it will taste even better.
