Italian Style Fried Eggs
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Potato 1 piece
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil 1½ tablespoons
- Pesto 2 tablespoons
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the tomato coarsely and sprinkle with salt.
Step 2
Place a skillet over high heat, add oil, and then add the tomato.
Step 3
After one and a half minutes, reduce the heat to medium and stir.
Step 4
Crack the eggs into the skillet. Break the yolks with a spatula. Lightly salt.
Step 5
As soon as the egg whites begin to set, add the pesto.
Step 6
Season with ground pepper.
Step 7
Grate the mozzarella cheese using a coarse grater.
Step 8
Once the yolks also begin to set, sprinkle with grated cheese and remove from heat.
Step 9
Cover with a lid for one minute to let the cheese melt.
Step 10
Transfer to a plate and serve. You can garnish with fresh herbs.
