Ingredients
- Rye Bread 4 pieces
- Champignons 1⅕ pieces
- Pesto 2 spoons
- Butter to taste
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Hard Cheese 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the tomato thinly.
Step 2
Do the same with the mushrooms.
Step 3
Spread butter on both sides of each slice of bread.
Step 4
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Then, toast each slice of bread on both sides. The secret is that a thin layer of oil will make the crust crispy.
Step 5
Then add the cheese, tomato, mushrooms, and pesto sauce.
Step 6
Cover with a lid and allow the cheese to melt. After a couple of minutes, flip the sandwich and cover it again with the lid.
