Ingredients
- Butter 0 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Whole egg 2 pieces
- Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
- Salt a pinch
- Paprika a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine all ingredients (saving 1 yolk for brushing) and knead the dough. Place in the refrigerator for some time (about an hour) to allow the dough to firm up.
Step 2
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 4 mm and cut into strips.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Arrange the sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with the yolk. Bake until golden brown.
