Improper Carbonara

Description
Bucatini pasta is just thicker spaghetti. Despite the quality of the photo, it's really delicious!
Ingredients
- Ground meat 10 oz
- Bavette Pasta 5 oz
- Egg white 3 pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Add the ground chicken and break it into small pieces with a spatula to prevent clumping. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until done.
Step 2
Boil the pasta.
Step 3
At the same time, whisk the cream with the egg yolks, season with salt and pepper, and add the Parmesan.
Step 4
Add the pasta to the pan with the chicken, mix well. Pour in the sauce and cook on low heat for 8–10 minutes until thickened.
