Description

This is how they prepare hummus at a popular eatery in Moscow. The hummus with fig has a sweet, spicy, and slightly tangy flavor all at once. Take fresh figs, finely chop them after peeling off the skin, and then fold them into the hummus. Do the same with ginger. Together, they provide a noticeable taste of freshness, juiciness, and light sweetness—this sweetness is subtle, not dessert-like. This hummus doesn't have to be served hot.
