  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons
  • Butter 1½ tablespoons
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the cooked shrimp from their shells and cut them into pieces.

Step 2

Prepare the filling: cook fluffy rice, mix it with the shrimp, and season with breadcrumbs, raw egg, salt, and pepper.

Step 3

Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem, cut out a portion of the flesh with seeds from that spot, and stuff with the prepared filling.
