- Broccoli 10 oz
- Rye Bread 4 pieces
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
- Spanish onions ¼ head
- Cheshire Cheese 1 cup

Preheat the grill.

In boiling salted water, cook the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel and dry well.

Lightly toast the slices of bread on the grill until golden brown, about 1 minute on each side.

Spread mayonnaise on one side of the bread. Top with thinly sliced red onion, then add the chopped broccoli, and generously sprinkle with cheese.
