- Garlic 5 cloves
- Rosé Dry Wine 5 fl oz
- Ginger Green Wine 5 fl oz
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the sliced mushrooms for 5 minutes until soft.

Add the minced garlic, wine, ale, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for about 15 minutes until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper and add the thyme. Serve hot.
