Hot Crab Dip with Ricotta and Horseradish

Ingredients
- Ricotta cheese 10 oz
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Water 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 teaspoons
- Scallions 2 stalks
- Chopped Sage Leaves 3 tablespoons
- Horseradish Leaves 0 oz
- Worcestershire Sauce ¼ teaspoon
- TABASCO® to taste
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
- Crab Meat 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the ricotta, mayonnaise, water, finely chopped green onions, and parsley. Then add the horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and TABASCO® to taste. Finally, fold in the almond flakes and crab meat.
Step 3
Transfer the mixture to a small ovenproof dish and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
