- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Spanish onions 4 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Ricotta cheese 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl. Add ricotta, mayonnaise, parmesan, and pepper. Mix well and place in a baking dish.
Step 2
Bake for 30-50 minutes until golden brown.
Step 3
In a skillet, melt the butter and add the vegetable oil. Add the thinly sliced onions and cook over low heat until the onions begin to caramelize, about 1-2 hours.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
