Ingredients

  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • French Baguette 1 piece
  • Sweet Pepper 1 piece
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Vegetable Oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Sausages 5 oz
  • Parsley to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Chorizo 5 oz
  • Cucumbers 1 piece
  • Ham 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the baguette crosswise into 3–4 pieces.

Step 2

Slice each piece lengthwise into two halves.

Step 3

Carefully remove the soft bread from the baguette halves, leaving walls that are 1 cm thick.

Step 4

Prepare the filling. Dice the ham, sausage, cucumber, and tomato. Mix everything together.

Step 5

Add the egg (you may not need the whole egg — the mixture should not become liquid). Add a bit of mayonnaise to make the mixture thick. Fill the baguette with this filling and sprinkle with cheese.

Step 6

Bake in the oven for 10–15 minutes at a temperature of 355°F.
