Ingredients
- Mayonnaise 10 oz
- Scallions 4 stalks
- Natural Yogurt 2½ tablespoons
- Capers 1 tablespoon
- Tarragon 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard 2 teaspoons
- Horseradish Leaves 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.

In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and yogurt.
Step 3
Add finely chopped green onions, capers, and finely chopped tarragon leaves.
Step 4
Mix everything well and add lemon juice, mustard, and horseradish.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix.
