Ingredients
- Soy Sauce 4 spoons
- Malt Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 2 spoons
- Ground Dried Garlic 1 tablespoon
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Starch film 1 tablespoon
- Water 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan or skillet, gently heat the soy sauce with sugar and honey over low heat until fully dissolved.
Step 2
Add vinegar. If you don't have wine vinegar, you can use apple cider vinegar instead.
Step 3
Add the garlic and stir. The garlic will add flavor to the sauce.
Step 4
Dissolve the starch in water separately.
Step 5
While continuously stirring, gradually add the cornstarch. Watch as the sauce reaches the desired thickness. It's ready!
