Homestyle Chicken Roll
Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash 5 pieces
- Ketchup 5 oz
- Mustard Greens 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Hard Cheese 10 teaspoons
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Pickled Cauliflower 3 pieces
- Corn Salad 1 bunch
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts ½ pieces
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Sour Cream 4 spoons
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Semolina 3 spoons
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Lightly pound the fillet as you would for cutlets. Cut it into pieces along the breast. Season with salt and pepper, dip in 1 beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs, and place in a preheated skillet to fry in oil.
Step 2
Omelette: Beat 2 eggs, add salt, pepper, milk or sour cream, and then add semolina. Pour into a skillet and cook on low heat until set. Once cooled, cut into long strips.
Step 3
Slice the tomato and cucumber into rounds, and grate the cheese. Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly and dry them.
Step 4
In a deep bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup.
Step 5
On a large plate or platter, lay out the lavash and spread mustard over it. Place a few leaves of lettuce, slices of tomato, and cucumber on top, then add the meat, omelet, and 2 teaspoons of cheese. Finally, drizzle the sauce over everything (3–4 tablespoons).
Step 6
Now we roll up our sushi and enjoy it :)
