- Durum wheat 5 oz
- Bacon 5 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Cream 22% 1 glass
- Sour Cream 2 spoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti until al dente.
Step 2
Finely chop the garlic and sauté it in vegetable oil. Add the chopped bacon and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the cream and sour cream, along with salt and pepper to taste. When the sauce begins to boil, stir in the grated cheese.
Step 4
Arrange the spaghetti on a plate and drizzle with sauce. You can garnish with herbs.
