Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg 3 pieces
  • Wheat Flour 1½ glasses
  • Boiling water ½ glasses
  • Salt ½ spoons
  • Vegetable Oil to taste
  • Lean Beef 15 oz
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Milk 1½ glasses
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In vegetable oil, lightly sauté finely chopped onion, then add the minced meat. The minced meat should also be finely chopped. Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

Meanwhile, let's prepare the pancakes. Whisk the eggs with sugar and salt, then add milk and boiling water. Gradually incorporate the flour and mix everything well with a mixer until the batter is smooth, liquid, and free of lumps (a mixer is recommended).

Step 3

Heat a skillet, grease it with vegetable oil, and cook thin pancakes.

Step 4

Then, place one and a half tablespoons of filling (you can use one or two, depending on the size of the pancake) in the center of the pancake and fold it into an envelope shape (or roll it up like a tube).

Step 5

You can lightly fry the pancakes in butter or serve them immediately, whichever you prefer.
