
Homemade Pizza with Minced Meat

Description
If you have tomatoes, we recommend adding them to the filling; this will make the pizza less dry.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Sugar ½ tablespoon
- Water 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Veal Mince 20 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dissolve the yeast with sugar in warm water and let it sit in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Pour the yeast mixture (starter) into a bowl, add vegetable oil and 0.5 teaspoons of salt, and mix well. Gradually add flour until the dough no longer sticks to your hands. After that, knead the dough for 5 to 10 minutes, cover with a towel, and place in a warm place for an hour.
Step 3
Prepare the filling by chopping and sautéing the onion and garlic, then add grated carrot and minced meat. Cook until done, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Make the sauce by mixing tomato paste with mayonnaise, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
After the required time, punch down the pizza dough and roll it out thinly to fit the size of the baking tray. Place the dough in the tray, spread the sauce on top, add the minced meat, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 340°F for 10–15 minutes.
