Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Salt ¼ spoons
- Water 5 fl oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Dry yeast 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the flour, salt, and yeast. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to warm water, then gradually pour the liquid in while kneading until a smooth dough forms.
Step 2
Transfer to a bowl and brush the outside with olive oil. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in a warm spot for 40 minutes, until the dough doubles in size.
Step 3
Then knead the dough again for 1–2 minutes. Roll the dough into a circle and place it on a baking sheet. Pinch about 2 cm from the edge to create a crust, and fill it with your choice of filling.
