Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Water 10 fl oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Passata Tomato Sauce to taste
- Chorizo 10 oz
- Cheese Spread 10 oz
- Potato 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sift the wheat flour.
Step 2
Add the dry yeast. Mix well.
Step 3
Add salt and sugar to the flour.
Step 4
Make a well in the flour, pour in the olive oil, and gradually add the water.
Step 5
Knead the dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and place it in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 6
Cut the sausage into small pieces.
Step 7
Grate the cheese using a coarse grater.
Step 8
Slice the tomato into thin rounds.
Step 9
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly brush it with sunflower oil using a silicone brush.
Step 10
Roll out the dough to fit the shape of the baking sheet, form small edges, and spread tomato sauce on top.
Step 11
Layer the sausage and tomato slices.
Step 12
Generously sprinkle with cheese. Preheat the oven to 390°F and bake for 25 minutes until cooked.
