Cottage cheese pairs wonderfully with pancakes. These two flavors create a delightful combination, but if that's not enough, add some raisins, zest, or ground nuts to the cottage cheese.
Ingredients
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Salt a pinch
- Cottage cheese 20 oz
- Vanillin 1 teaspoon
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the batter for the pancakes: add the egg, sugar, and salt to the milk, whisk together, then add the flour while stirring to avoid lumps. The batter should be thin.
Step 2
Mix the cottage cheese with sugar and the yolk, then add the vanillin.
Step 3
Fry the pancake, flip it over, and place about 1 tablespoon of filling inside. Fold and fry. To prevent the pancake from falling apart, you can brush the edge with egg.
Step 4
Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with sour cream.
