Ingredients
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Chopped almonds 5 oz
- Ground Oats 8 cups
- Butter 10 oz
- Linden Honey 0.3 cups
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Shelled pumpkin seeds 5 oz
- Raisins 5 oz
- Freeze-dried strawberry powder 5 oz
- Dried Apricots 5 oz
- Bananas 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line 2 baking sheets with foil. Spread the almonds and walnuts on 1 baking sheet and place in the oven for 10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool and chop coarsely.
Step 2
Reduce the oven temperature to 300°F. Spread the oats on 2 baking sheets. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, honey, and salt. Drizzle the honey mixture over the oats and stir gently. Spread in an even layer and bake in the oven for 30 minutes, stirring once. The oats should be golden and crispy.
Step 3
Transfer to a large bowl, let cool, and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
