Ingredients
- Salt to taste
- Sugar 0 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Malt Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 10 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the egg, vinegar, salt, and sugar in a blender. Whip until nearly white. The mixture should be fluffy and slightly increase in volume.
Step 2
Slowly pour in the oil in a thin stream. The mixture will begin to thicken. You can add more oil than specified in the recipe for a thicker mayonnaise.
Step 3
Transfer the mayonnaise to a sterilized jar, cover with a lid, and store in the refrigerator for no longer than a week.
