Ingredients
- Large eggs 1 piece
- Quail Egg 1 piece
- Mustard Greens 2 teaspoons
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil 10 fl oz
- Lime Juice 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a deep bowl, combine the eggs and mustard.
Step 2
Add a little oil and blend with an immersion blender without moving it.
Step 3
Pour in the remaining oil and blend again until the mixture is homogeneous.
Step 4
Add a tablespoon of lime juice.
Step 5
Add black pepper and salt. Blend again.
