Ingredients

  • Sweet Pepper 1 piece
  • Whole egg 3 pieces
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
  • Vegetable Oil 15 fl oz
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the pepper. Do not peel the garlic. Roast in the oven at 390°F until the pepper is soft and the skin starts to peel off. To make the pepper easier to peel, place it in a bag while still hot for about 10 minutes after removing it from the oven.

Step 2

Then blend the garlic, yolks, lemon juice, pepper (without seeds), and salt in a blender.

Step 3

Attach the whisking attachment; you can also use blades, but if you have a special attachment, why not use it? Turn it on to maximum and slowly pour in the oil in a thin stream. Whip until you achieve the consistency of store-bought mayonnaise.
