- 9% Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Korean-style Cabbage Seasoning 0 oz
- Water 15 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, prepare the marinade. To do this, mix all the ingredients with water, excluding the fish.
Step 2
Place on the stove and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat. Add vinegar. After that, cool the resulting marinade.
Step 3
Prepare the mackerel. Cut it into thin pieces.
Step 4
Pour the marinade into a 2-liter jar.
Step 5
Place the pieces of mackerel into the jar with the marinade.
Step 6
Put the jar in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
