Ingredients
- Chickpeas 5 oz
- Tahini 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons

- Salt a pinch

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the chickpeas in water, adding 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, and leave for at least 10 hours.
Step 2
Squeeze the juice from the lemon and crush the garlic clove.
Step 3
Rinse the chickpeas, cover with water twice the amount of chickpeas, add the remaining baking soda, bring to a boil, skim off any foam, and cook until the chickpeas start to break down (from 50 minutes and longer).
